“PHONETICALLY SPEAKING” To reflect the fast pace of world news, my blog is probably best served as a stream-of-consciousness text. Fast and unadulterated. With this approach, and on first encounter, text might not seem to scan. This is because I am dyslexic. Instead of keeping the proof-readers busy, I would rather let my blog updates of my visual work stand as a record of my experience of dyslexia, which I am keen that you now get to enjoy too. Unlike some news outlets, I hereby excuse myself the need for a ‘corrections’ section! The excitement of a new language is something I’m quite familiar with, and it is with this ‘joie de vivre’ that I am delighted to guide you through my thought and work processes, more phonetically (than fanatically) speaking.

Bommbs for Piece! 65 yers

Bombing for peace, 65 years of NATO.

Ernest Bevin was the British Foreign Secretary and the driving force of the creation of NATO.

The importance of forming a military alliance bordering the North Atlantic countries was most important in stabilising Europe after the Second World War and protecting from expanding communism.

Unfortunately, over the last 65 years Western elites have used NATO peace troops for their political gains against international law and using the conflicts to change the law which was set down after the Nürnberg trials and slowly stepping beyond their borders. To surround Russia then they have the audacity to claim that Russia is the aggressor.

Doesn’t take long to see what dubious conflicts NATO has been involved in and who it benefits over the last 65 years. Unfortunately, they can’t say they are particularly interested in peace.
