“PHONETICALLY SPEAKING” To reflect the fast pace of world news, my blog is probably best served as a stream-of-consciousness text. Fast and unadulterated. With this approach, and on first encounter, text might not seem to scan. This is because I am dyslexic. Instead of keeping the proof-readers busy, I would rather let my blog updates of my visual work stand as a record of my experience of dyslexia, which I am keen that you now get to enjoy too. Unlike some news outlets, I hereby excuse myself the need for a ‘corrections’ section! The excitement of a new language is something I’m quite familiar with, and it is with this ‘joie de vivre’ that I am delighted to guide you through my thought and work processes, more phonetically (than fanatically) speaking.
Hot Air 101
Identity crisis for the London Mayor Sadiq Khan, one of the most challenging balancing acts, ever seen in the circus of British politics.
Incredible feed really, juggling his Muslim, Pakistan, Socialist, Fabian society, Britishness multicultural utopia, all under one well-oiled taxpayer funded marketing department.
He is sincere, but the mental gymnastics he puts himself through to get all these different and conflicting philosophies and cultures straight in his head is incredible. Or is he none of the above and he’s just playing his cards right to get the political points.
This was shown when he allowed a Twitter enemy to be mocked in London by a giant baby balloon of Donald Trump as protest, incredible really leaning on English culture when it suits him and his political aims, unfortunately when he did this move it opened the Pandora’s box. The opposition in good old British style made a blowup Sadiq Khan in a yellow bikini as a counterprotest and as a good sport and the British way he took it on the chin.
The yellow bikini is referring to the controversial Protein World ad, which asked women if they were ‘beach body ready’. Which he banned.
He is the one to watch and make sure you look at his results not what he says, before making any judgement.
